為了讓研究生快速且清楚地了解論文上傳流程
圖書館開設論文上傳教學課程，歡迎應屆畢業研究生踴躍報名!

📣學位論文延後公開新制📣
1.教育部114年6月4日臺教高通字第1142201506號函：
114學年度（含）起，學生應於進行學位考試前提出申請論文延後公開，
並於學位考試時由考試委員審核確認是否涉及機密、專利事項或依法不得提供。
2.配合教育部規定，調整本校相關作業機制如下：
(一)修正「【延後公開】之申請及說明」。
(二)增加「【延後公開】申請書」之考試委員簽名欄位。
3.依「國立中興大學114年9月17日114學年度第4次校務協調會」修正通過，
即日起開始使用新版「【延後公開】申請書」，請至 https://etds.lib.nchu.edu.tw/help/download/ 下載。
⌛圖書館建議⌛
根據本校註冊組「研究所重要日程時間表暨註冊相關事項」：
115年2月13日(五)為畢業離校截止日，逾期不受理。
論文審核時間約2~3個工作日(週六日非工作日)，論文審核一律順序依照上傳先後順序 (不接受插隊)
建議儘早在115/01/30 (五)前上傳論文，以順利完成紙本論文繳交及畢業離校手續。

The deadline for the Procedures for Graduates Leaving School this semester is FEBRUARY 13, 2026. (Important Timetable and Notice)
All thesis/dissertation are reviewed in accordance with proper order.
The library recommends submitting your e-thesis before JANUARY 30, 2025.
Please submit your thesis/dissertation as soon as possible to ensure you can proceed to the next graduation procedure on time.

New Policy on Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation
Starting from the 2025 academic year, graduate students must apply for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation before the oral examination.
Before the oral examination, please fill in the “NCHU Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation.”
The application form requires signatures from the applicant and advisor, along with relevant supporting document(s).
During the oral examination, the form must be reviewed, confirmed, and signed by the oral examination committee members,
and approved with the signature of the department/institute director and the official department/institute seal.
